BlockVault One is designed for secure storage and management of blockchain assets. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your recovery phrase secure
• Verifying transaction details before signing
• Understanding the risks associated with blockchain technology
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Limitation of Liability

BlockVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the product
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on the BlockVault One device and accompanying software, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of BlockVault or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
